and have a great day all.

Can someone tell me how to upload a profile picture? I can't seem to figure it out. I use my I phone instead of a computer.

Welcome to BYC!

I use my Android for it. I constantly have issues uploading photos. What steps are you taking and what kind of problem is it giving uou?

LOL, that's a lot of work to be addictive! lol I don't eat them much, not being able to eat bread products limits the occasions for jam.
Darling man doesn't eat much bread or sweets but I still make the jams and preserves. We mix them into yogurt and use as an ice cream topping. Also they make great thumbprint cookies.

1. Cathie Sue is our Food Organizer: She will keep track of who is bringing what, set up the food tables, and help people pick up their leftovers at the end of the day. (She will try to arrive by 9:00 a.m.)

2. Muesky is Wants and Brings Organizer. Yaaaaaahhhh! Wants and Haves: She will keep track of what people are looking for at POOPS and what people are bringing to POOPS.

3. CayuseRanch is in charge of Donated Prizes to pay for Porta Potties: The job is to keep track of who plans to bring what (list of donations), to set up the bags for tickets and display items, and to call the winners at 1:00 p.m. (This person needs to arrive by 9:00 a.m.)

4. People to sell prize tickets. We need an army of four or five people. These people need to approach friends and strangers at POOPS, sell prize tickets, and collect money. The money will pay for the Porta Potties. (These people need to arrive by 9:00 a.m.)
Poco Pollo will have tickets and a receipt bag. There are three other receipt bags with tickets. Who can help?

5. Kassaundra is our Official Photographer: She will have a camera in hand, all the time, to document the day.

6. Shelbydog and Kyzmette will help clean up starting around 4:00 p.m. We need three or four more people to help clean up.

7. Poco Pollo is the Gate Keeper: (This person needs to arrive by 8:00 a.m.) Someone to set up at the gate to greet sellers and buyers. This person will hand an instruction sheet to sellers explaining how and where to park and set up. This person will direct buyers to park, nose to the fence, outside the display lot. This person will call for backup if he/she needs to leave the gate. We must have someone at the gate at all times.

(This person will be highly visible, so it's a good spot for someone selling. Also, this person must have a sparkling personality and the ability to say, forty or fifty times without losing his/her composure, "Please back up a bit so you can park outside the display lot. Be sure to pull forward to the fence so others may drive past your vehicle. Yes. Buyers will park outside the display lot. No. Only sellers are permitted to park inside the lot.")

8. Poco Pollo will act as Ring Master: She will set up signs, maintain thread, direct volunteers, mark parking areas, create instruction sheet for sellers, pay the porta potty guy, arrive early, stay late, be the decider, answer the difficult questions, wear an amazing hat, make event day memorable and successful by remaining calm when chaos threatens to take over.

9. Mjgigax is the Attendance List Keeper: Keep a list of who's coming. Remind those on the list a few days before June 14th.
10. Poco Pollo is ordering T-Shirts. They are $10.00 each. Send Poco a PM if you want to buy a shirt. The order will go in this Friday, May 30th.

PM people to let them know you're attending, bringing this and that, and are looking for these and those.
