***OKIES in the BYC III ***

I'm totally in for June or July. I have plenty of victims, uh, volunteers.
Okay. It's looking like July will be the month for our clinic. We're still working on the date. For sure, we will not meet on the first Saturday of July. Your volunteers will need to be prepared for their big day. I need to give you instructions and supplies some time before the clinic. You'll need three days to properly prep them.

Ok guys! I will be driving from Blanchard to Muskogee tommorrow. If anyone wants bantam Cochins or d'Uccles or a oegb pullet let me know ASAP I can bring it on my way otherwise they will either go to auction or POOPS depending

Lori, there's no sense both of us going to Muskogee. I can pick up your birds when I got Saturday AM. I can even keep them separated here if you can't meet me for a day or 2 to pick them up.

I've got "volunteers" here for the clinic, too. Should I just bring enough for myself to practice on or do you need more? I'm sure I've got as many as needed. Premium age is 4-8 weeks, right? Send me directions when you send them to Cathie Sue.

Oh you are so nice to offer that but I have chickens to deliver too and I am sneaking in a lunch with the husband between chicken duty. He is working in Okmulgee and I only get to see him on the weekends Do you want me to pick up your chickens for you?

If that's the case then yes, it'd be very helpful to me if you could pick mine up-that would be wonderful. I'll PM you my phone number and will be waiting anywhere you choose when you get back into the OKC area. Are you taking I-40?

Morning Okies,

I need everybody to think happy thoughts for a 14-week-old cockerel who is starting his journey from northern Illinois to Haskell, Oklahoma. He will ride for 12 1/2 hours with a volunteer driver (somebody traveling south who agreed to carry a chicken). The cockerel's name is PIP. He was rescued by concerned children, and he is now a beloved family pet. He needs to be caponized so that he can remain in his current home.

I should be taking custody of PIP this evening. I'll post when I've got him settled in his temporary quarters.

Kelly - Valentine and PIP will have the same surgery date.
Dusti - Your cockerel will be in the same group.

PIP will need two days to get acclimated before starting his fast, so I should be doing the surgery on June 4th.
