We caught a young raccoon yesterday. Don't know anything about ages, but it was a shrinky dink of a full grown one about 1/2 the size of one of my EE girls. We relocated him to a deep country home w/o any nearby homes. I really want to trap the adult before anything bad happens.

I don't have any problems w/ anyone shooting animals for food or defense, or even humans for defense just not something Gary or I do.

we live on a farm where they are a huge pain........our dogs tend to keep them scared off..we dont kill anything we are not gonna eat...

Decided to go to work today. Figured I could sit at home in the AC and do nothing, or come to work, get holiday pay, and still nothing. Don't see myself being too productive as long as Rocky IV is on AMC.

Does anyone know how the turnout is at the Durant auction since it warmed up? Kinda wanna check it out.

Better try to get some work done if I wanna try to get some fishin in later this evening.

I understand Kass. I don' tlike killing things unless I have to but sometimes there isn't a choice. I'm glad you guys have a choice. Looks like you got to take a good weekend off! I'm sure this would be a busy one.

Dog had a run in with a porcupine last night. Wasn't too bad, hope it was bad enough that he learned his lesson. surprised to find that we have porcupines out here!

Had guinea keets hatching all night. Just a few more pips left.
