***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Do you spin? I bought an Ashfird spinning wheel last year and haven't used it yet. I also have jersey woolies for wool. It is a crazy addiction these animals we have

I do but only on a drop spindle. I've always wanted to try a wheel but the next thing on my list is weaving! I haven't spun much at all in the last few years, I'm kindof a knitting maniac and have decided I like spending my precious time (time is sooo precious when you have kids ;) ) knitting more than spinning. But I've promised myself I will learn to weave this year. You crochet right? That's also on my list. There's just not enough time for everything!

I took a drop spindle class but it has been a few years and I haven't had time to practice i do crochet but it is hard to find time to sit and do it

well, i raise enough for occasional treats- but not on a massive scale- the are so simple to raise- my starling and sparrow enjoy them too- not to mention chicks

get bin or drawer, a couple inches of crumble, oatmeal, dog kibble. Toss is about 500 mealies, halved potato and ignore them, you should have a good size colony going in no time or

you can buy them live in bulk from fluker farms http://www.flukerfarms.com/index.aspx

Boo Boo and Yogi, can't figure out the poofs came from, none of my original have poofy heads

How could anything be more cute than a baby chick? ducklings are!

Thanks Mj- look at this one- amazing recovery on the little guy on the left- his beak is swollen, would that be normal after it getting scraped?

does anyone know if seramas can get wryneck? i have a month old that has today has gotten so he can't stand, tilting to the right and stargazing?

Sorry I don't know anything about wryneck but I just have to say that may be the cutest duck picture ever. They look darn happy and spoiled rotten. And the crests :love
