***OKIES in the BYC III ***

that's the sweetest thing ever. I'm so proud. I'm painting my husband a portrait of her for his birthday. He still talks about Geo. She's a hoot.

so after saying this about her yesterday, I've had a reinforcement of the behavior from the duck. She has become more intent on communication with me. Today, she walked over to the porch and just stood there staring at me, I looked around....I JUST refreshed their pool, I just fed them, what else could the want. So I look at her, and she's been staring at me I guess...I look at her and she cocks her head to the side, up to the sky.

I look around but don't see anything. Once she sees that I am scanning the sky, she takes the duck flock back to the pool under the shade tree and I'm not sitting here even 5 minutes when I see the shadow of a hawk flying low perpendicular to my house....I was just being facetious yesterday when I said she was a watch dog....

Going to Clearwater, Florida this weekend!

If anyone has anything they suggest we don't miss (we're parasailing, but that's the only plan so far) let me know!
We can't afford anything too expensive, but we'd like to enjoy our time (had to go because of sister in law's wedding).

just spray with vetericyn, blue kote, or iodine and keep it clean and dry.
It should heal.

lol, yep polish have some big nostrils alright put i love polish they are my fav., i love the coloring of yours it would be awesome to have polish that layed blue eggs thought of trying to breed some some day.

Does anyone raise lionshead or mini lop rabbits? I'm thinking about getting my boy a friend (pet only) I have to get him neutered tho first, I called a few vets and its twice as expensive as my cat was! Anyone know of an affordable rabbit vet? I don't mind paying that much if I have to. Just seems strange I guess, I mean his parts are literally just hanging there....So anyway, Id like to get him a friend but it will probably be a few weeks before I'm ready (also making a larger hutch for outdoors).

I believe rabbits are difficult to anesthetize than other mammals. They are Lagomorphs.
