Good Morning!!

It works best for me to do my chores early in the morning too. I will go out & water just before dark sometimes but other than that morning works. I thought about getting on here last night but didn't make it. I am almost done with my book (the girl that kicked the hornets nest) & that should free up my time. LOL.

Coyotes are getting desperate.... Walked Doc outside this morning and chickens came running. We went to check it out and there was a coyote chasing them. Right up to our barn. It grabbed one of our americanas and left out. Gotta do something...

Well I got my corn seed yesterday, so I'm going to try corn one more time this year! I read a fall planting of corn is possible here if it's planted by around July 15th. I got some tiny pumpkin seed I'm going to interplant w/ it, sort of like 3 sisters, oh I have some southern bean (pea) I could do 3 sisters, guess that's what I'm going to do today.

My loner chick is still around, despite almost drowning in a waterer one night a couple of weeks ago.

I have increased my numbers instead of decreasing. Couldn't pass up the offer!

The malay I hatched off this year are looking nice. Some of them even appear to have the correct eye color!
