Good Morning everyone!!

The week has went by so fast! I hope the cool temps stay for another day! I am ready for the weekend!

old*cowboy :

Peaches I plan on making your sale this weekend. I am thinking about bringing a few standard Moderns down. The incubator work great, If so I sure might be interested in it. I am completely disappointed with the custom built one the guys from Ardmore made me, and now they seem to have forgot who I was, they will not answer emails etc. Does the one you have, have a clear or solid door.

The one I have, the last time I used it, worked great... I just like to use the smaller ones. The temperature is regulated. I brought it home, plugged it in, and the temperature was regulated within 2 hours. I plugged it in about a month ago, and it was still regulated.. I have had no problem with the temperature on this one. I have only ran one set of eggs thru it to test it when I got it. The rest of the time it has been just setting in our utility closet. When DH went away to Afghanistan, I just wasnt into hatching while he was gone. So for the past year it has just set. It is white and has a full clear door. Its about 4- 41/2 foot tall. Has a master thermostat and a back up thermostat.

I just love the smaller incubators, since I can walk over, turn the eggs and be a mother hen. I only like to hatch small batches of chicks at a time. Not interested in hatching large quantities like I thought I would.

Michael my dad got put back in the hospital again yesterday down at Clinton so I went down and spent the day. While there I read the Clinton paper. It had on cover Clintons sale barn and it was busting at the seams. Story said they had to take cattle that had been turned down at Elk City sale do to so many. My sister said she was in Elk City on their sale day and trailors were backed up waiting to unload for a couple of miles on the Highway. Aint no grass in this part of the world.
Peaches sounds like a good one. I will be there bidding on it if you bring it. Although I should be more like you and just do small hatches and not try to hatch so many. I just hate eating eggs out of my better chickens.
