I don't know how to make it but I used to buy it alot in California. It is delicious!

I have never tried it but i have been seaching it and found a lady in Ohio that sells the kefir grain to make it and keep a starter . says it will last forever if done right.. says yogart has two probiotics and that kefir has forty two.. this lady will sell you the grain with detailed information on how to do it right .. im thinking about giving it a shot.. its suppose to be really good for the digestive system of humans and animals alike,,

Sure Joe! If someone else hasn't already helped, here are the steps:

A. Open two internet windows:
1. one with the post you are posting
2. the other with the thread you are linking to

B. On your second open window of the thread you are linking, click in the address bar at the top of your window (it will say something like http://www.backyardchickens.com/ )
Make sure the entire address is selected, then click the right mouse button and choose the Copy option (or CTRL C).

C. On your first open window of the post you are creating, put your cursor in the spot you want the link to appear. Click the right mouse button and choose the Paste option (or CTRL V). The address should appear in your new post. When you Preview or Submit it, it will become a link!

Good luck - let me know if something isn't clear...
