I have a friend that has some acreage in East Edmond.
Last year he killed over 20 bobcats and several fox and coyotes.

Oh goodie, now I get to worry about bobcats too?!? I don't know how I could possibly deter a hungry bobcat :-/

Good dogs will take care of bobcats. Within a week of moving out here my dogs treed a bobcat. Never have seen another one. The dogs make enough racket to keep them away.

My hurt guinea is a girl. As soon as I got up moving around she started screaming buck-wheat @ me. Not sure what we will do with her yet. Someone on the injury board said the dead tissue needs to be cut off. Not so sure we are going to try that. There is a bird lady in Lawton. Don't know if she would be able to help. This is a young bird-- she was hatched early spring, so she might just be going to the chopping block. Sad. I would prefer to have her for a while longer.
