GREEN COUNTRY POULTRY CLUB OPEN SHOW
feb 16 th

all exibiters will need to place there bird on the table to be judged if the exibiter has more them one entery being judged at the same time they may have someone help at the table
Hi Joe,

I missed the last open show due to clutch problems on the truck. Maybe I can make this one.

I'm not familiar with the rules during judging. Does "judging on a table" mean the birds are carried by the owners to the table where the bird stands (not in a cage) while the judge walks around looking at the birds? Does the judge pick up each bird? What happens if a bird spooks and heads for the rafters?

Thanks Betsy if you want some you know you can have them and the black royal purples.

I just finished a video my husband helped me to make about sprouting grains for the chickens for green feed in the winter thought I'd share it here too.

Our exciting New Year celebration began with single glasses of champagne at 7 p.m., progressed to "Happy New Year" sleepily murmured to each other as two neighbors' fireworks went off at 12 (one was so close and powerful it actually shook the house), to a late breakfast at IHOP! How things change!

I have some chicks that will be 9 weeks old tomorrow they they have had a heat lamb all this time im wanting to move them to the big pen do it have to ween them off or can i just put them out in the big coop with no light sorry if this is dumb question. i was not sure of the how old they need to be to not need a heat lamp any more especially since it is cold.

Joe, Was thinking about you lately. My daughter asked me for her own chickens and was thinking of your bantam white rocks and ee. Think you might have any eggs anytime soon?
