Tonights haul almost was frostbitten harvesting it

Jealous of the asparagus. Mine still hasn't come up yet at all. Beginning to wonder where it is. Harvesting lettuce, spinach, and celery here by the bucket full though. And today I noticed as i was transplanting some tomato plants to sell, that I have some of my tomatoes with blooms on them. I didn't give those away though. Gonna be a little selfish. Is that a collard I see in the front or swiss chard in with the spinach?

It is a kale, the greens are assorted winter greens, chard, broccoli flowers and loose small heads. The asparagus was just today's I've been harvesting for a couple of weeks now, this is my first year to really harvest any asparagus more then just one sprig here and there so I am soooooo enjoying it.

Rebecca...we must have very similar tastes because all your brings are my wants! lol Can never get enough cochins it seems and who doesn't want blue and green eggs...and we want to get into turkeys too....... so many breeds so few pens........

honestly, if he is young, one option is pen him alone for a bit till his hormones settle down, but would you want this guy passing on that temperment ? Even if you sell him, and he is a beauty- i wouldn't want him in the gene pool if he is mean- odd for a cochin to do that

Galahad was out with the lady's and had to get a pic of him... he is quite a guy- he is a cochin with an awesome personality

Well, he's starting to show an attitude with me, now, and I do not like that. I half a half an inch deep hole in my leg from getting spurred by a rooster; I ain't interested in another one!

Your roo is beautiful; is that a mille fleur cochin hen to his right?

Well, my lil' Splash silkie is definitely a pullet, so now I am looking for a Splash silkie cockerel for sale here in Oklahoma to be her true love. If anyone has one, please PM me pics of him, and tell me how much you'll sell him for.

Pics of her. She's eight months old, now! :D

Waterboard that sucker!!!!!!!!! Your hose on jet setting aim for his head until he is so far away they water won't reach, everytime he looks at you or gets w/i reach all day (that is if you want to keep him)
