I just got a possum out of the coop. What do I do with it?
Once predators rely on you as their livelyhood, you have no recourse but to dispose them humanely . If you relocate them, their odds of survival is minimal because of the competition and predation in a strange environment. Here is one of two possums which had found my coop in the background. They will show no mercy on your chickens.

My husband would kill it. I would drive it three or four miles... or more away and set it loose.

just got back from visiting True5, she has some wonderful birds, someone really needs to take that beautiful buff roo of hers, i am positive the other is a girl, so youd have a great pair!
