I'm sorry I have to ask and please don't bash me but I'm new here. I live in Ardmore and just started my chicken farmin journey. Been at it two weeks and I've fallen in love lol. Can I please get some info on POOPS? Where will it take place, what is it, what do I need to bring, am I even invited, what's the purpose, etc. please please please give me some info. Thank y'all so much I'm advance.

I used to go down to Ardmore alot, had a horse trainer in Lone Grove. I was down there in August pulling a corgi out of the shelter.

I love it here. I'm from Durant, born and raised but moved here a month and a half ago and have a house in the country so I decided to get chickens...my first and I'm totally, completely, 100% clueless haha. Where are you from?

Welcome! Lots of good knowledge and nice folks here with just about any breed you could imagine and want - warning we are poultry pushers and the "drug" is highly adictive.
I have had chickens for 6 years now and I am more eggcited than ever.
I even trimmed one of my boxwoods into the shape of an egg!

I have a good friend that was raised in Durant. I live outside Bristow.

MIL thought it was a quake- but am not finding any for that time, one of those mysteries... growing up in San Diego, usually quakes didn't boom- hubby thought maybe something at Camp Gruber exploded... ah well, back to world of chickens!LOL!

@Kyzmette were you the one that suggested peppermint oil to get rid of mice? used it last nite under the tub, and haven't heard them today at all...
