lost that little one too. So got the other 4 and coaxed mama with one of them up onto the porch in a little 3 x 4 covered pen- she charged me a couple times till she heard the other three and went right in- oy vey! what we do for our guineas

I don't know who is worse the dog, or my husband. He left the house today to go to Best Buy and look for some electronic gizmo, and came home w/ a newborn wild rabbit.

my husband found some baby rabbits and caught them! I told him to give them back to their mother!

Seems like it's been a tough day. I'm so sorry for all the losses. So you think Timmy got chiggers? It's frightening the damage they can apparently do. Do some chickens have a harder time with chiggers? And lastly will these wonderful animals known as guineas eat chiggers?

Chiggers are only about 1/20th of an inch long, so I doubt it.
