Lost little Solo, the serama chick, thought it was wryneck, but they are so fragile- meanwhile, little yogi looks pretty well recovered, his beak though looks like it took a beating

Oh Lorie, my heart breaks for you and your kids. I'm so glad you got to say goodbye. It seems lime most of mine that were sick waited until I could hold them before they let go. I know they're capable of attachment, and I know she felt loved before she went to the big Free Range. Big hugs, girl. Youre in good company.

And Robin, it had to be something more severe than wryneck to happen so fast. Poor little baby. The Seramas are so tiny and special and sweet. I'm so sorry you lost your baby.

Kass your flower pics are fabulous! You're really good. I love both gladiolas anf four o'clocks. I haven't been able to get the glads to grow at my place, and I haven't tried the four o'clocks yet. Maybe one of these days.

Oh, but if I'm going to post the good, I might as well post the d'oh! That girl I've been watching because she was supposed to be a girl, had tons of girl qualities, but had thick legs, gave her first crow today. Sigh. I knew it was coming because I started seeing what might be saddle feathers in the last two weeks, but it still wasn't positive until today.

Mitzi and Rebecca, that's the lavender "girl" from the Coweta auction you came to. Anybody need a lavender Orpington boy?

I have one of those Lavenders from Coweta. She has a "cold" that I just can't cure. I have tried every antibiotic and everything else I can. She is acting fine but sneezes occasionally. I would think it is allergies but Rebecca lost both of the Lavs that she kept.
