***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Looks like you got your answer already.  Welcome!  I usually stop by for a few minutes as I only live about 5 minutes from there, but don't normally stay since my kids can be pretty rowdy (8, 6, 5, 2).  When they are older (or on the occasion I have a sitter for them) I will stay longer though.  It's a fun place to visit and you get the itch for ALL kinds of birds looking at those beauties!

im going to bring my daughter, she is 7, and she is my chicken buddy! :)

@NanaKat I hope the EKG thing is nothing serious and your surgery isn't too far away. That super lovable boy you gave us took off from the observation area, found the girls, made them his, and thereby ended the whole isolation plan. I should have had him farther away to begin with, I had no idea he would be so determined. He's also tried to claim the SFHs when they stop by while free ranging, but they're not feeling it. Its pretty cute tho, he loves the ladies.

Yes, he is certainly an amorous little man!

Here is a more recent pic
Has anyone said they would take him yet? Surely someone would love to have your Delaware rooster that was born in May.

Oh my, I just realized I said "observation" area. HAHAHA! Sounds like Arlo and I are wearing lab coats and taking notes…..He was in ISOLATION not observation!

Finally got a few shots of the guinea that came to live w/ us, there were 3 but the other two disappeared. Thinking this is a boy?

Talk to the butt!

Thinking about this guy as the new main man.

This girl would be almost perfect if she had a smaller bow tie. Love the dark skin.

Love this girls mottling

Diana this is one of the boys I think may be on the small side.

Well, after asking, I wasn't able to go and I'm disappointed. I had one of "those" days. You know, the kind of day where you had a flat tire yesterday on one of your brand new tires, and put the donut on your car so you could go to Hibdon's today so you could cash in on that Road Hazard guarantee you bought, but when you sat down in your car this morning you kind of fell in because for some reason it was way too low to the ground, and that reason turned out to be that your donut was flat. Yeah... that kind of morning.
