Back from the doctor sporting a new brace...

Get to wear this for the next month and also getting an MRI before seeing the orthopedic again...tendinitis in the tibial tendon where it attached to the arch in my foot...hopefully I don't have any fraying.
I hope you feel better soon. I tripped over some barn cats a couple weeks back and broke my toe. My doctor said a splint or boot would be a waste of time, so I just limped around. I'm going to lose the toenail from my big toe, but everything else looks okay. You're boot is stylin' Almost wish I'd asked for one.

Muesky and I plan on coming to Norman. Hope to see everyone!
I wish I could go. Hug some chickens for me.

Have you ever come home from the grocery store with a bag you don't recognize? I had an extra bag today, and I puzzled over it for a long time. The item in the bag must belong to the woman who wanted to stay all day and chat with the cashier, or perhaps it belongs to the man who was in line behind me. He was overly anxious to get his items and go, and he pushed his bag of apples over the dividing bar a couple of times. Hmmm. Could he be the rightful owner of the evil chips?

I've never heard of pasta chips before, and these don't appear on my sales receipt.

@Poco Pollo Coral my first money was on the rude man behind you, looks like something a rude man would buy (gluten, fat, and salt filled snack) lol lol, however since it wasn't on your slip I bet it was the lady in front of you (also rude)

@NanaKat hope you get better soon

My wife's 6 month old Yorky followed me out to the chicken house this evening. No problem until he started after a hen that was out. I caught the little snot and told my wife that if he did it again I was going to throw him in with a rooster and let the roosters teach him a lesson. She just laughed so I guess she didn't believe me. Evidently the honeymoon is over!

Adorkable, those gunieas look like a pair, going by their wattles! If no one takes them you might want to keep the pair and have chicks or eggs to sell. They are pretty.

Nana so sorry about the foot. Those feet sure do cause problems as we get older don't they! Good to hear the calves are starting. Hope the weather gets good for you.
