City - Glad to hear the newbies have been accepted. I've been so busy with year-end activities at school that I've not been online much. I will see everyone at POOPS.
Hello Okie POOPers! Long time no see! I have missed you all!
We will see you guys this weekend though!
To those of you who don't know me...you will if I see you Saturday!
And those that I won't meet...
hope to meet you and chat with you sometime!
Vern and I have been working on our place as much as possible...usually from sunup to sundown if we can, and are home. We've been clearing red cedars from our property and working in the forested areas on our land. The nice thing is, the more we do that, the larger our property seems...just because we can see it! AWESOME!
But one thing that's great is all of that work (exercise) has done well by us...we both have lost quite a bit of weight...and I'm glad for that!
The downside to being soooo busy, is I have ZERO time to be online while at home. I bet it's been 8 months since I even opened my laptop...and I really do miss my online time, since that was my play time!
Since it has been so long since I last looked online, are there any need/wants for POOPS food or otherwise? We will be bringing something, just not sure WHAT yet!
I should have some darling chicken related jewelry to sell...along with a few highly coveted tote bags!
Those who want them...yeah, I'm talkin' 'bout YOU!
and of course goodies for the raffle and auctions.
Well, I am at work...ya'll know how that goes...back to the grind! I will try to hop on here a few times today if it doesn't get crazy here! Happy hugs to all! And see YOU soon!
Is there a list of Okies that have hatching eggs and birds available? I am looking for eggs now and would rather stay with my BYC Okies if I can. I am looking for silkie, showgirls, frizzle anything, nns, geese(no chinese or africans) and some quail. I am trying to figure a way to POOPS, but my husband is out of town with my truck and I have our farm truck, not sure I trust it to go that far. Thanks.

If you're talking about the blackish chick in the middle in front, it looks to me like an Australorp. If you're referring to the one that has it's head down, I don't know.
Your place looks awesome. Thanks for posting the photos!
