***OKIES in the BYC III ***

I just wanted to let you know that we will not be able to come to POOPS because we had a small tornado come through the farm yesterday and now a good portion of the roof is gone off of our mobile home. I am heartbroken and devastated at the same time.

I am going to see if I can find anyone to transport the t-shirts, chickens, and ducks to me. I don't know what else to do because we have to fix the roof and since my husband works all week the weekend is our only time to fix it and there is only the two of us to work on it. I was really looking forward to meeting everyone and picking up our chickens and ducks but we just cannot be in both places at once. I apologize for any inconvenience that this causes because I was bringing food and drinks too.

We are in Fairland, OK. It is in the far northeast corner of Oklahoma about 15 minutes from Missouri. Thanks for your concern and yes you are right we are very thankful that we made it safely through with our little ones. My big outside patio table was picked up and slammed down in the tongue of our mobile home sending glass shattering everywhere but God was watching out for us because that is right beside our bedroom window and it is not broken.

i really think we need to get an okie care-gang together from up your way and see what we can do to help ya out- and maybe plan on a eastern poops in the fall?? so those out here can have a get together that couldn't make it down to fletcher???

So is this race track a money making deal, where folks pay money to race? Or is it just for fun? A guy across the road from us has a train track going around his 5 acres with one of those little trains you see at amusement parks.
