How is everything there sooner? It has been absolutely crazy around here and no sign of slowing down.

Things are pretty good. Lost a few including one of the blue wyndottes but considering how hot it is I guess I am lucky compared to some.

How is your SIL? I hope things are getting better for you guys! Summer is going by way to fast.

She is finally out of ICU but in a room and likely will be in hosp. for another 2-3 weeks. Bouncing the little guy around is getting rough on him and all of us too.

I have been quite busy with the wind generators and getting other things taken care of just running out of time in the day and week.

When you get that wind generator going I want to come see it & possibly talk about doing one myself.

I am sure bouncing around is hard on the little guy but he will be okay & all of you guys love him. I know that is alot of stress on all of you but so glad to hear she is doing better.

You guys always have so many irons in the fire! Wish I could do half as much.

The wind generator work, I have started taking orders for them, I have a demo unit set up on a simulated roof I have used for some of teh tribal orgs. I deal with and looking at some very good opportunities there.

I want to know more about the wind generators! Are you doing residential set ups? We are very interested in wind. Talked with a guy a few yrs back @ home & garden show in okc- lost his info-- he was talking about solar- wind combo set up for residential about $20-$25k I believe.

Tried talking to caddo electric they say wind isn't worth it. And would be over 20 yrs before we recoop our investment. I have tried to look at the wind map for Oklahoma - not a good map - but I think we are located in one of the more preferred wind areas. Everyone that visits our place coments on the wind. Is there a way to test the wind we do get to see how much power potential we have? Not sure on the timeframe in which we would want to put a wind generator up, guessing the spring possibly? Any info would be great & help us to choose what will work best for us long term.

OK on a simulate roof??????? Help me understand this better. How big are they & what is the output?

the units are roof mounted, at the peak. They measure 42 inches across at the base and are 36 inches tall. Each one built to match the pitch of the roof, so everyone is custom. I have them working in a 3.5kw. Planned on 5 kw but not completed yet.

the 3.5 takes a 9 mph wind for max output and will produce well up to 30 mph. with auto braking in too high of winds.

The Simulated roof is 6 ft long section of roof mounted on a structure I can roll around so it can seen and displayed. I will try to post a pic.
