Don, You must know everyone in the area!
There is a water shed east of Eddie next to Pearl Bowers. It doesn't receive the same water flow. Is the lake you mention right across the road from Eddie? or on his sister Judy's place? So far Eddie has said his spillway runs directly into the creek that runs under the road and onto our property. Eddie says that sometimes there are dead coons, etc around the lake. Resnek's goats don't like the smell and leave it alone.
When we first moved in 13 years ago, we often saw folks with flashlights on the SW 40 gigging for frogs on our ponds. Guess they went over to the watershed behind us (next to Pearl's.)

Yes, Judy is north. His uncle's place doesn't have the algae. The old home on the corner is now vacant and someone leases the prperty to run cows on it.

Hey Everyone!

Just had to say I am so excited! Just got back from the auction in Maud with an amazingly cool haul for very cheap. Was able to get two 6' x 10' x 6' dog kennels and five sheets of corrigated tin metal that are 30" x 10' all for $42. Can you say "SCORE"!!!! I love going to auctions, you never know what you can find. Some of the pipes for one of the kennels are pretty messed up but there is at least enough for one complete kennel. I am thinking new quarantine pen. Wahoo!

I have so many projects to get done but it is just so darn hot, outside.

I never saw the algae on Bud Hightowers creek , must have been a different creek
