***OKIES in the BYC III ***

We got a little sprinkle about 15 minutes ago and it sure smells good. We can see showers forming west and north of us. We are right on the line...looks like the rains will be north of us.

Thankful some areas are getting some rain. The hail sure won't hurt any tomatoe vines.

Called the insurance co. and insured our hay bales....Only costs $5.72 per $1000 in replacement value. At the $90 dollars a bale price this time of year..it's worth the money.

THANK's every one for all your comment's you guy's are the best ..An injoyd reading your story's going out to water an feed the bird's ..
Hope some of you are blisd with rain..

Well I can see sort of dark clouds way off in the distance. Does that count as potentially getting to hope for a drop of rain.....?

Didn't get much sleep last night. Vesta was inside (recovering from spay surgery), and she made a point of waking me every hour by poking her nose into my eye. She was guarding the living room and wanted me to know that there weren't any coyotes, bears, or skunks around to be worried about. Good girl. One more night in the house and she should be well enough to stay in her doghouse again.

coral! that blessed little girl...! she loves her mama and wants to make sure you don't become a yote meal...
