***OKIES in the BYC III ***

All the chickens have been happy with the cooler weather. Looks like it will be up over a hundred again on Wednesday, though. Shhhhh. Don't tell the chickens.

The roo you gave me left me with around 40 offspring when he died in April. The pullet's Mille Fleur chevrons are especially good. He sure was a fertile fellow. I never trimmed him or his hens!

Maybe she is glad to be with birds that look like her. She sure stood out among all the Cochins!

Boys have their top knot leaning backwards- the girls more forwards- will have to find some pics for you

i dont have any but i am thinking of picking some up so i wanted to be semi prepared
