The phychological part will mess with your head. Every emotion or need (hunger, pain, anger, happiness, tiredness, boredom) has equaled "cigarette" in your brain for so long. So when you het a craving stop and ask yourself what the *real emotion or need is, because it's not a cigarette. Try it.
As far as teenagers-OMG! I've got 2 in their 30's and a 15 yr old. The 15 yr old is a good kid as far as not getting in trouble, etc but LORD his attitude sucks! I just feel like I'm too old for this. Sigh. Just leave me alone with my dogs and birds and fish and sheep & I'll be fine.

Yes, I have some squash already planted and some tomatoes I transplanted around late July. I planted out snow peas last week that are up now. I am going to plant greens, roots (carrots, beet, turnips, radish), and beans if it ever drops below 100. I started brocc, cabbage, and cauliflower in the house a couple of weeks ago, and desperately need to get them out in the shade for a couple of days before putting them in the ground, but again the temps need to drop below 100 to do that.
How about you are you planting a fall garden?
I also planted out comfrey roots last week they are up and growing, but I won't harvest them this year, there is just time for one growing, so I'll let those self mulch this winter, harbor preditory spiders, and fertilize for next years growth.
My FB page has new garden pics I just posted yesterday.

If he's got any of that trio left
I just love all my birds from them <3
My DBF tried the chantix but his reactions to the medicine were way extreme and he stopped taking it before he was supposed to and was back to smoking within a month. It worked wonders for my bother and sister-in-law and they are happy and cig free
I hope the DBF decides to give it another try now that life has evened out some

I planted some pumkins from seeds we saved last year to see how they do, hope I got them out in time. I went to get some stuff yesterday (seeds) but they didn't have everything I wanted but I figure I will start out small since this will be my first attempt at a fall garden & will possibly set up a small hoop thing to give me a longer growing season.....
I will have to go look at your pic's. I still have so much to learn. I will have to google comfrey roots.
