It looks like im the only one still up . since i have been layed up with this leg i tend to stay up late for some reason..i love reading all the posts and seeing the pictures. Banjoe i sure would like to make a drive down to meet you and look at your beautiful birds .. maybe when i can get around better i can talk the DW into a senic trip down your way...

yep there will be a lot of plastic vesquen put up this fall it was a life saver last year when it got -17 here but the only thing that got frost bite was just a tip of the coronation sussexs thise year i hope it dont get -17 i will put the vesqueen up after the first frost this year i will leave the shade matereal up and put the vesqueen on top this should use the black shad as a solor heater the sun shining through the plastic then heting the black cloth witch will hold the heet and make the pen warmer

Well, my girls were telling me what was what this morning... I apparently woke up the cochins so I got grumbled at for that, then the others in the quarantine coop were all in my business as I changed out their water. Then it was chicken theater as a grasshopper made the mistake of hopping itself into the kennel. Nice morning so far... too bad I had to ruin it by going to work!
