Teach is it still snowing. They said blizard like conditions in panhandle. So if it is Blizzard "like" is that diffrant than being blizzard conditions.

I told jean to go check what it was like out in the country....that was a dumb thing to do

I think we have more wind than snow but yeah....not real sure what blizzard like means
