what are we hatching? Do you have more than what you bought? I have 7 empty trays and each holds a bunch of eggs.

How have you been Don?
Do you now anything about the show scheduled for January in SW Ok. I think it's in anadarko.

Doing good , taking some birds to Newcastle tommorow. Dont know about SW OK Show, Michael D would probably know, i think they have some all game shows in that area ,not sure tho.

Silly, I know what NPIP is. My flock is certified. What I am asking is , who or what are you saying you have to be NPIP certified for? You can show your chickens without it and you can sell your chickens without it. I don't know who said you HAVE to be Certified? And NPIP only test for Typhoid and Pullorum, not flu of any kind.

If you have a state inspector come out and test the birds chances are they will swab and test for Avian Influenza at no cost to you. Other diseases can be tested for at private labs or through universities but it is very costy. The test for M.G. is about 15 dollars per bird and really needs to be done about four times a year but some do have an M.G. free flock cert.

The only truely disease free flocks anywhere are maintained by drug companies that have egg flocks to raise vaccines in. I just can't imagine a completely sterile chicken house.

I'm up for that most anytime! I enjoy cooking, just don't need to be cooking stuff like creme brulee'. Too fattening, but sure is good.

About 10lbs of good large Cajun Bayou frog legs. I think they get bigger when trying outrun gators.

Here's what I found under my silkied Serama this morning. Two of them hatched last night - the others afterward. Keeping my fingers crossed for the other two eggs.

I will move when I get enough coffee. We had a late night last night with Lil'Sooner's Show.

I am getting ready to go see a man about some Bee's, I sure hope he still does them........
