***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Morning Everyone!
One of my Facebook friends had this posted and it made me laugh.

Okay so I am still having difficulty figuring out how to load pictures.
It took me forever...DW showed me.

In the reply box at the bottom of the page there are icons at the top...find the paperclip and go two to the left. hit that button (Insert image) from there an additional box comes up that allows you to browse your photos, find the want you want and click on it then hit submit...it will post then

good luck

Morning/early afternoon Okies! It has been a horrendous week..........VERY ill friend in ICU at St. Francis......plus my own home life. I am a very firm believer in doing for others....so I have been helping anywhere I can. But it has been hard emotionally and physically. I am tired and stressed

Okay, enough of my pity party...........thank you for listening.

I am going to try to finally take Christmas down today, make meals for the week and take care of housework that hasn't happened while I have been multi-tasking. It is a beautiful day for it!

Have a beautiful day!

What kind of LF Cochins do u have? I live about 3 miles N. of Blanchard. Having to star a new flock after last years tornado. I currently have a pair of Lemon Blues that I just got last weekend at the Newcastle auction. Always looking for more.

Sadly I cannot make the Blanchard sale tonight because my wife wants to attend this thing called a "Thunder Game". If my brother goes to auction I will have him looking out for me.

Why does two of my favorite things that I love to do have fall on the same day?

I love those LF Cochins, what kind do u have? I have a pair of Lemon Blues that I got at the Newcastle sale last week. I am having to start my flock over due to the tornado last May.

I will be glad to know someone there.

You 2 remind me of what it must be like when 2 new hens get introduced to the flock

Here are some pics of our newest EE additions, the two darker ones on the left are Belgium d'Anvers peeps

Oh my. Those are the CUTEST babies!!!!! No wonder Nana loves them! Are they spunky like the OEGB or more laid back? I really like the size of my OEGB's but it's proved impossible to integrate them all together, just too ornery. I wish I could find a mini-breed as docile and easy going with other chickens as my Faverolles. I'd love to have a bachelor pen of Faverolles boys.

Haha! My best dogs are my Chows, they would NOT be happy to see me after I locked them in the truck.

Don't feel bad. I've self-grounded myself from auctions after Newcastle, I found I have no control when the auctioneer starts in with that bidder-jsdksdjd ndjehdwnd ioewjroiejdlklkdm dewirjekl-bidder stuff. I couldn't understand what he was saying so my husband did the bidding. When he was bidding on the Faverolles I told him, "Keep going, keep going!" The bidding was over and I told him, "Keep going higher!" He said, "It's over-you got them." lol
My LF Cochins I hatched from shipped eggs last summer will always be my favorite group of chickens, what wonderful birds. I'll never forget their tiny faces when they were hatching.
I've also self-grounded myself from hatching eggs
