There is a guy on the west end of town in Paden on Highway 62 that builds wooden cabin and barn structures that would be easy to convert to a small home.
Also, Stan Brown in Prague sells buildings. He is a realtor in Prague and his office is on Hwy 99. Selling the buildings is a sideline.

I'm sure it would of been OETA or the history channel but most likely OETA but still can't rember the name of the show or the name they used for the houses. It was a family home & the teen's room was in the loft. I will continue to try to remember.......they say the memory is the first to go.

I might have to take you up on that. Currently the boys do a good job of filling the freezer. I must admit to horn hunting this last bit. It was with total intent of some great salami but horns were a reguirement.

I have an older buck out here that is at minimum 16 point, and 24 inshes wide about 16-18 high. Big beautifull animal but have not been able to get a shot on him the last 3 years. This year he would only come to the tree line and look from behind a old black jack oak.

Howdy...school started so i have been running crazy again. Did hunt the last two weekends of deer season...saw lots but none close enough. have been spending lots of time trying to figure out how to apply to other schools...anybody wanna hire me?

Still think you need to come teach in Moore with me. Heck there are a lot of properties out here where I live for sale and then we could car pool. It is a bit of a drive about 40 miles each way but so worth it. I know when I was applying last year quite a few school districts now have their applications on-line, or you can call and most of them will send you an application.
A really good source is the state department web-site. They have the names of all the districts in the state, as well as the districts contact information and web-address if the district has one.

You actually gets use to have less. We have stuff in storage still that we do not even miss. garage sale in spring. My new chicken pen is almost the same size as my house.

I hear you brother. Although I have quite a bit of room being just me here, I totally need to get rid of all the stuff. It feels like the stuff just kinds of creeps up on me and I am so ready to downsize on cr@p.

I miss Mike D's nightly posts! I can't wait til his internet gets fixed. He hasn't been on in wks.

teach, its going to take a few weeks for them to hatch and dont require much attention even after they do, just feed and water, the first three weeks just keep the eggs warm, the next 3 weeks feed, water and a warm spot.
If your gettin eggs you need to be hatchin.. Com'on now I dont want to be the only one who doesn't shut off an incubator.

Okay so I am totally digging the multi quote feature the site now has. Tres Bien!!!

Well I made my first batch of lasagna with the homemade ricotta cheese. I think a pasta maker is in my near future. My goal is to make lasagna completely from scratch. That would be the bomb. As it is this batch turned out mighty fine. Also made a batch of sauted tofu, green peppers and onions for sandwiches, which is very fabu!!! Have all my food made up for the rest of the week.
Yeah!!!!

Better head to bed. Tomorrow is like Monday but it is Tuesday. Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Guess that will depend on how the kids are. The cool thing is this is the first MLK day I have off in years. Always lost it due to snow days, guess that is another plus for the mild winter.
