Well, the snow is finally melting off. Yeah! Anyone know of anyone who is going to be selling heritage turkeys at auction any time this spring? We'd like four or five but don't have room for the 15 that hatcheries want for an order. Thanks,

Once hatching season starts for turkeys check with Bob warren, he will have eastern wilds. several other on here have turkeys as well but I don't now what varieties you are looking for.

I was kinda thinking it when I posted about it being a Barred Rock but didn't say anything since I wasn't sure, but since there seems to be a concensus then I'll jump on the bandwagon and say roo too!

Tonight I get the final word from the parks council about the place for POOPS.
I have been told that it is just a formality and it will be approved.
But you never know til its over.

Well I could order some, but aren't most hatchery's not shipping for another month or so? I thought they wouldn't ship in winter. Believe it or not there are NO chickens close by that I know of. None on Craigslist and none posted at Atwoods. Maybe I could try the Co Op?

What kind do you want? I have 72 buff orpingtons hatching, rhode
Islands and barred rocks.
