Allbreeds - love the chicken and piggy pictures! I think little pigs are some of the cutest animals. They're delicious, too, when they're older.

Oh I soooo wanted to go home and take care of birds and get some house work done. Took Kurt our 14 year old to the dentist he needs either a root canal or his tooth pulled it is in the very back. Not sure what to do for him since I have never had to have any dental work done. DH is saying just pull it since he needs braces and they will have to pull a tooth for that anyhow. Plus he had 4 root canals at Kurt's age and 3 of them didn't last 5 years and he had to have those teeth pulled anyhow.

Then poor Nathanael (9years) just finished his antibiotics for an ear infection on Sat. and he started fever again yesterday. So took him to the dr. and the poor thing has strep! I am glad it is just strep but he has been sick for 2 weeks already and now this. So I can see a cuddly night in front of the TV with my boys who don't feel good. At least Kurt they gave tylenol with codine so he should sleep sound tonight! LOL

Hope my girls laid lots of big pretty eggs for me today by the time I get home. I have a blue splash maran that doesn't lay her eggs until 7:30 or 8 at night silly girl!

Okie ridge I had a root canal 10+ yrs ago never had a problem. DH has had tons of dental issues. Lots of re-dos & repeats, he would vote to get a 2nd opinion. But only because he has had some bad experiences with dental stuff. I love my kids dentist & trust what he advises me. Are you seeing a children's dentist or family dentist? My girls still go to the children's dentist, they are comfortable there, not sure when they will go to a family dentist.

By the way, do any of the Okies on here sell goats milk soap? I by off a BYC member but would prefer to buy in my wn state if possible.

Crosstimbers Farm in BLanchard has all kinds og goat products...It's really good stuff...soap lotions...laundry detergent! And in all kinds of scents.

pull it, he will never miss it! and it wont give him trouble later! ive only dental issues 10 times in my life, first 2 required fillings, next 2 required pulling. 25 yeaqrs later had another pull going, 28 at 1 time! they do give you good drugs for that 1.


my daughter has had strep 3-5 times a year since she was 2, pulled her tonsils and ended that problem last year. grandson started haveing strep at 2 so we took his tonsils at 4, he is 7 and hasnt had strep since!


if you think the kids have it bad, wait till your 50 and see what happens to you!
new pains every day, cant remember anything, cant hear, cant see, cant remember anything.

been thinking about putting them in with my turken to see what happens.

You need a breder age bird? I don't have one I can spare.. all I have are young 12 weeks and down.

It's hard to beat a good brahma, good alaround bird, and when they are Light brahma even better. You can stick that columbian pattern on anything and it looks good, it's one of my top 2 favorites for varieties regardless of breed.
