***OKIES in the BYC III ***

These are eggs that I keep finding in the girls' nest. One particular hen is laying these. I know that according to poultry experts, hens are only able to lay one egg a day, I SWEAR that she layed two - a regular egg and a little one, three days in a row. Here they are. These small, abnormal eggs have a very hard outer shell. I haven't cracked one open to see, but I suspect they don't have a yolk.
I think you have been visited by the Cadbury Bunny. Those little eggs probably have malted milk or cream centers.

You could be right. I've wondered if another critter has been sneaking into the coop and laying an egg in the chickens' nest.

Finally got the poops image to cut! With help from many others getting it converted & to work in my temperamental program. This is a rough cut on paper of how it will look, when I transfer the image to vinyl the 2012 wont be crooked hopefully! Going to put it on a silver charger & a tile. Hope to get them done by the weekend. I need to pick up some more tiles tomorrow.

I will do some of the chicken families if I can find images that will work nicely. We LOVE a chance to play with our cricuts! Sorry for the awful pic with my phone!

Why haven't you cracked it open yet? I'm dying to know what's in there!
It would probably take a hammer and chisle too crack one of those little eggs open. They are as hard as rocks. Maybe I'll drive over one in the road tomorrow to see if it will crack.

Will let you know if that works. :)

I found my first goose egg earlier it was a soft shelled one so weird really LOL I will try to get a pic of it tomorrow, Got the last load of flooring hauled today sure am glad that part is over with now just have to decide what to do with it all... I have 135 eggs went on lock down today I have my fingers crossed for a good hatch rate I think it will be fine it's hard not counting till later though LOL, I got my goats feet trimmed yesterday I had no idea what I was doing but it wasn't too bad, just really need to build a table or make a way to do that sort of work without playing twister with the goat on the ground I almost lost the struggle a few times the goats are more agile than I thought I was and the nanny is kinda mean while being restrained, when I took her to the Vet last week after seeing her try to bite and butt me the Vet said that if she were a billy she would fear her LOL
Have a great night and a better tomorrow :)
