Just wanted to thank everyone for their kind words & prayers. Friends & family seem to come out of the wood work when they are needed most.
As of a few hours ago my surgery has been posponed--- it is a transplant surgeon doing the surgery & had a liver come in thisafternoon& another enroute. Of course we were already in the city when we found out. thankful for those who are getting the new organs, but was very frustrating to come back home & have to prepare mentally again.

Mike--I am certain Taron will hatch guineas in the spring........the girl loves to hatcb
Nana-how many birds did you end up with from those eggs???? I bet the investment paid off!!! Those geese still amaze me!!! My nook & I are still becoming friends as of right now it is easier to type on my phone.

It has been forever since I was able to post, but I have tried to find time to keep reading. I was wondering if there is an auction this weekend? If so what time will consignment start? I really need to thin out a few birds!

I may even bring a few of my Swedish Flower hen roos. I hate to but have a few too many.

I was told this evening that the Newcastle sale has been called off for this weekend...

I was planning to go so if anyone knows for sure please let the rest of us know... Otherwise I really don't know of any other auctions around close to me anyway...

Sorry about the red font LOL I was hoping that anyone planning to go might notice it and not waste a trip if it is called off...

There is NO Newcastle show this Saturday.
There IS an auction at Harrah tonight.Junk starts 5:30 and birds start to sell at about 6:30. it is a small auction and it is possible to bring birds up to about 6:15. It is a buyer's market.

Happy Friday Everyone! I hope all is well!

Last night when I went to the coop to gather goldie to re-bandage her foot, I noticed that she wasnt limping much anymore!! I think I will continue to clean and bandage for atleast another two days just to be safe! Thank you everyone for all the help and advice! what a great group of people you all are!
