Buster - does anyone in the US have Brazilians?
I have New Zealand Whites, Californias, Flemish Giants and some "mutts" I get the best meat to bone ratio and growth with a NZ x California or a Flemish x NZ
Flemish have large bones so although they get large relatively quickly, there isn't much meat on them compared to the quantity of bone.
