BigOkie, that is a cute feist. I wouldnt be surpised if some ratterrier is in that ones blood. Ive had mine for about 5 years now. She is my 4th one. I had bad luck with hunting dogs for a while. Mine is about 25lbs of coon, cat, possum, squirrel treeing brindle fur. She is also a natural bodtail wich is common with treeing feist. Mine is a sweet heart but an unfortunate chicken killer. Hunting is just to bred into them to expect otherwise. Her Father is Squirrel grand champ and so is her full brother.
NaNa, im wondering if maybe one of our unusual melons wasnt out of place that you grabbed. I wouldnt be suprised if you actualy grabbed a crenshaw melon. They look similar and the people who buy them love them. You need to get some of my sweetcorn at work, its that realy perty bicolor sweet stuff, 3 for 1$.
Me either!! I had so much fun at the spring POOPS and this time I will be staying in one of the cabins so I will get to hang out an chat with everyone in the evenings.
I am having fun getting my basket together again too! I am also working on some stuff for the auction itself....That is proving to be alittle more of a challenge. Anyone willing to offer up idea's???
Hey Monty- thanks, I've been around but soooo busy. I usually can't get on here until very late at night. School starts tomorrow and I'm still here finishing a bulletin board. OOH
I absolutely can't wait until POOPS. I need some fellowship away from home so bad. Since my mom passed away everything has been so hectic. I love reading all of your post and have been dying to get on while you've been on here. I have so many questions about my chickens. Anyway again thanks so much for recognizing that I've not been here. I love this site!!!
