The kids raffle will let every kid there winning something. It will be rigged as much as possible so kids will get something they like.
I don't plan to charge for the tickets to the kids raffle.
It will just be something fun for them.

I have also heard however that the free fair their which is a few weeks before is having big problems with the horse show part. Very politcal and people that are not party of the "in group" no longer even try. This year the group that ran it said if more people dont turn out they may not have it next year....
This is 4-h driven but maybe now is the time to start pushing for change.

YUP....TJ wanted a 4-wheeler, too.....and got a bicycle and a
skate board..........LOL Na-Na wanted to go to the lake.....
and got 23 boxes of canning jars...........

I had checked on poultry at the Oklahoma City Fair, too. Seems
strange that they don't have much in the way of livestock down
there. Just sent TJ's entries in for the Tulsa State Fair
yesterday...... 7 different classes !!!! The fair over at Ft. Smith
is the same weekend as Tulsa, too. They claim that they are
expecting over 2,000 birds to be entered in Tulsa !!!

I can guarantee that silkies and showgirls would be hot items if you had extras to sell or swap.

Thanks Monty and Al, I did find one at the Cleveland County fair Sept the 10. Was wanting to take Grandson to it but it is on Friday at 10 am and he has school. Oh well.

On the Kid raffle, what will the age range be again????? I will see what I an come up with.

I do have things in the works for the raffle and auction but gonna keep it a secrete for now

. Promise they will be homemade.
