I didn't see any green men but let me just say that the web was so big that we got three of our squirrels without firing a shot.
I don't think little green men could have gotten away either.

Buster :

Bid rigging is a ploy used by frequent auction rats, whereby a buddy or phantom buyer stands to the rear and bids the items up with no reason to buy just run the price up. It is commonly used in allot of southern good ole boy auctions to outwit the unsuspecting real bidder and get a better price. another common gimmick as was seen last night at Blanchard is an Item is PO'd then brought in again at the tail end of the auction for rebidding/resale in hopes of selling it then. Auction owners are the ones that like to do this trick because so much of what is sold is actually their own. thats why I tell you to keep your eye's moving and watching these guy's are some kinda slick.

One reason for posting the rules is that there may have been rumors of bidd rigging or phantom bidders or maybe to give people a warm & fuzzy that it doesn't go on there and they don't condon it, when the reality is they have no control over it.

My mom has a friend that lives in Austin (feak capital of Texas) anyways...she couldn't bring herself to kill the spiders or ants or anything else that lived in her house...I hated visiting...I would get whiplash watching for spiders not to mention serious issues with well...I was scared

See,I don't like nuts either. My husband does though. I usually make 1/2 the batch with nuts and the other 1/2 without. If I put nuts in everything, I tend to eat less. This helps me to not over-indulge. Nut then there are the days when I just don't care and eat as much as I want.

I guess it good that I'm moving my chickens into a shed then. My idea was for the show birds. I've already got a light timer and have moved the OEG & Moderns in. Guess I need to get some of the others in too.

What is the story on the persimmon seeds?

The story is that when you bust open a persimmon seed it will have either the shape of a spoon, knife, or fork. The spoon means lots of snow, the knife means ice, and the for means lots of rain, so I am told anyhow, and the persimmon seed showed a spoon this year.
I am sure that there is someone hear that can have a more detailed story but that is what I was always told.
