Ok here is another one of my Rookie show questions!!! When I sent my registration in I used band numbers 1-7 and when I ordered my bands I ordered 1-5 and they ended up sending me 25-75 so would it be ok if I use 21 through 27 and just remove the 2's????

I don't know but they may consider that as being tampered with. You may try some 800 grit wet sandpaper with water and try it on a band you don't need. Or even Crokus cloth will work Ultra fine and won't scratch the plastic.

My mom's an accountant, my dad's an engineer. We had some of the driest books around when I was a kid... right next to Heinlein and Herbert and many many other scifi novels. Result? Not much ever bores me

Today is me and Wahkeetha's 9 year anniversary. Only 9 years but I dont seem to recall a whole lot of things that she wasnt apart of, funny how that happens. To bad she is stuck at work, after tommarow she will be a free woman though and we can spend more time together.

faerielady, ive talked with Danny, nice guy. It took me about 3 months to get 2 dozen eggs from them after I paied. Only 4 ever grew. THey like to wrap eggs in 1 ply toilet paper and put in and eggcarton to travel through out PO system. They wont be selling any more eggs till Febuary (already asked) but im thinking chicks (thogh expensive) may be the way to go. I will say I did get a beutiful bantam blue Orp fromt hem. Hopefuly they wont be having the fertility issues next year like they did this year. There was a big thread on it on the hatcheries section.

It is stupid cold...well not really stupid cold but chilly!

Cuban - I still want anything that is a hen and such of the goofy stuff you have..heck even the roosters will work...I gotta restock you know! And part of that is making more goofy stuff! Besides...those goofy birds lay more!!! my mutts way out lay everything else...of course...i don't have anything else yet...well not in hand at least!

Did I hear something about hogs needing killed?!?!?! I got this buddy with these dogs...and I have this gun...in .357 mag...well actually a couple...and well...I got these cool pointy bullets that i would really like to but into something that grunts and snarls and well basically hates people and the things we build...and I have this bow that well has never been pointed at a pig with hateful intentions...

ordering birds you don't say...might I suggest we talk at Shawnee...where a certain wife won't hear!

Ok I got ahold of Steve Jones the recording secretary for the show and he said that the bands are more for identifying your bird in the need arises, he said that the judges dont pay that much attetion to the bands so this has eased my mind a bit!!

Teach after you are done hunting hogs you can come on up here with your bow and shoot ya a bear!!!

Stimp - I know you posted this awhile ago, but I still giggle everytime I think of this costume. I really wish that I was talented with something like photo shop. We could see what you would look like without you having to find the right size wedding dress. I figure you already have the football helmet and lineman's boots.
