GB1 MAllen said he new Grady Boyd an had got birds from him. So i no are paths has crossd befor. Thim Grady Boyd Blues wer good ones.
I remeber wen we had the show in Verden OK, i was 14yrs old we had 700 birds i was so happy. A guy had some call ducks an i begd my mom to buy thim for me so she did.
GB1"s little brother won the show with a black O.E cock bird he was a good chicken Man. Back then we didnt have any chicken sales just swap meets Anadarko had a farmauction on thursday i would skip school an go down an watch wen i was 6yrs old some times peplo would give me some birds an my granmother would buy some for me we lived way out in the sticks. East of Gracemont a place calld Spring creek my granmother kept lots of birds an made a living saleing thim parkeets to pecocks. Sulfer an Marlow an Lawton all had Dog an chicken swaps. Lawton out lawd birds an the swap went under Sulfer still has thers on sundays but its a fleamarket now they still have afew birds Marlow is the 1st sat an its the same way. Not many birds.
I have seen lots of chicken sale"s come an go in the last 3yrs they just keep pop"n up every wer but the way things are going i dont see how any of thim can stay open the prise of birds are way way down an feed is higher than ever.

Watched a movie and scrubbed the floor by the brooder & parrot cages since the little buggers decided to jump ship today and run around pooping everywhere. Shoulda cleaned my kitchen too but I kept stopping to watch parts of the movie.
