I can see me now, playing the "count as high as you can before a moderator posts" game every time I log on to BYC, so that I can get my post count up. Maybe if I did that 3 times a day for the next year, I might eventually make it to 5000 posts.

Oh, but then you would lose it when they did the spring cleaning thing and deleted the game threads!

Just my 2 cents worth on the electronic thermostats. I have had one hovabator, one little Giant and one Sportsman with them and I could get none of them to hold an acceptable temp for me. I swapped all of them back to wafers and just change the wafers yearly. It will take over ten years of wafer swapping to equal the cost of one electronic unit and I keep a couple of them on hand at all times.

The electronic units are way to expensive to keep spares.

Ok so for those of you who are considering electronic thermostats go to ebay and type in "egg incubator electronic thermostats" which should get you to a selection. They have all different prices for the same items.

Well it was good till I got home and went to feed and found that my 2month old babies were all over the barn floor acting as though everything was perfectly fine!!! Our cat was laying on a bale of hay just watching the entertainment, didnt lose any but couldnt figure out how they got out until my DS said that he went out before school to chekc on them lol

evening everyone.well my plans got put on hold this evening.the city commission didnt approve me to move it in yet.they are telling me that i have to go before the city zoning commission now.an they will have to be the ones to ok it.the problem with that is it will take 10 to 12 weeks for them to get it all done.plus charge me $400 to bring up the abstract on the property that i own.i bout blew a gasket in there.an they knew it.ive never seen a town that tries to push people away from it like this.ive been here my whole life 39 years as of saturday.they wont even let me just park the trailer on my place till they figure out wether they will let me or not.i have to get the new one off the property its on because they are having a new house built in its spot.so now i stand a chance of loosing it cause of no place to move it for 10 to 12 weeks.im about to explode
