I noticed that you said there would be another RAFFLE. I think we should CANCEL it if countryroad1330 is going to be there. I think she went home last time with a trunk full of prizes!! Who else thinks it was RIGGED????

so sorry - be sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. Is it the bug that is taking the school kids down?

I am glad you are putting him to good use, I couldn't bear to see you not have him. Different colors should be fun.

Brooders can be made out of plastic tubs or cardboard boxes, or ....... I used to get the boxes that furniture comes in so they would be tall and big - then put an old screen window over the top so they couldn't fly out - would get the window screens at Habitat for Humanity for a few dollars. Once it gets warmer, you can toss them outside - I have used igloo style dog houses with a screen propped over the doorway for a night time roosting area in the summer. Tell Jeannie that we just want you to be HAPPY!!!!

ChickenFlavored Cook-E, I am looking at your signature line and think you need some llamas, peafowl, pheasants, guineas, quail, cows and sheep.

I have never owned chickens, ducks, geese, goats, turkeys, horses, rabbits or ponies before in my life and now I do. You figure out what comes next!!!

AS OF 3-MARCH, SHETLAND PONY FOR SALE, CHEAP TO A BYC MEMBER. I CAN DELIVER WITHIN 2HRS OF LAWTON OK IF YOU COVER THE COST OF FUEL.

We don't need another equine at our house, but is your pony easy for children to ride?

Narragansett turkey poults sell pretty well at the auctions. Now that you have a pair, you could use an incubator and hatch all the eggs and have a reason to attend the auctions - to sell turkey poults. You wouldn't have to build a lot of pens if you timed the hatches to be a day or two before the auctions that are close to you - of which there is now one every weekend.

OMG Al..I have a friend that talks just like you did and I have said so many times you remind me of him...LOL...He's adopted...maybe you two got seperated at birth. He loves those old westerns .

My DH is hollering at me to come watch something we have taped. I guess I better not keep him waiting...he's been working so hard hours and he needs to get to bed. Nite all.

Have a great day tomorrow and enjoy that sunshine.
