Yep that's the one that I linked earlier... before I linked the Flock Raiser that I'm still questioning, so tomorrow after work I'm gonna go pick up a bag for me and one for P&B.

thanks les! Grower type ration it is then. I brood ducks seperate anyways cuz they are mean...and nasty...not sure which one more but they can get water everywhere!

So I'm crawling around on the kitchen floor, examining the bag of flock raiser. The following conversation took place:

J: What are you doing?
K: Looking at the bag. The website says it's safe for ducks, but I don't trust it.
J: **silence**
J: Ducks? What ducks?
K: The ducks that will be here by the end of the week.
J: Will it ever end?
K: Probably not. Just remember that you love me.

That's because I order these things when he's already dead for the night and can't say no... and doesn't ask what I'm doing on the websites....

Kae, ordering poultry and waterfowl on the DL (down loooooowwwwwww)

I have to remind my wife that she loves me...alot...I can usually tell she needs to be reminded when she stops talking to me and starts talking at me in a raised voice...she usually is holding a weapon. I do that or turn state's evidence on a little boy and rat them out!

you ambushed a Marine!

I subscribe to the theory that what my husband doesn't know about the poultry I order, won't annoy him. The challenge is to get it into a brooder before he notices - since he doesn't pay much attention to the birds as they get older.

My theory is very close to that...

My theory - what the wife doesn't know can't be used against me...she already has enough ammunition! And it isn't lying! It is failure to mention! by the way....that doesn't hold up in an argument with wives or mothers
