good morning Okie Peeps - glad Skitz and Kooshie stopped by last night to say hello - sorry I missed the late nighters - I can't stay up that long! It's blowing and there's a little bit of everything coming down from the sky - mostly frozen hard stuff mixed with snow. I went out to water this morning and the chickens did not have nice things to say.

The rain came down in torrents starting at 2:00 a.m. I have some silly LB cockerels who challenge each other to stay outside the coop in bad weather. At 2:30 I hauled both of them into the barn and made them sleep in travel cages. Crazy birds.

The rain quit, but the wind took over. I think we'll have snow soon.

The only person that called and ask is a guy from Breckenridge texas. Just got off the phone with him and he says he is already on the road and ready for an auction... He will be here to buy birds regardless of weather... So I am not cancelling, as of now. We got birds and if someone needs to buy them, or maybe sell more We are planning on being there. The heat is on and we will have Hot Coffee.

Mornin all, Nasty out there. Seems my grand plans will change for the day, go figure. Will Peaches and Doc still have the sale today, I can at least go now that the weather has ruined my chore plans.
