morning guys- whats ya all doing? i'll be trying to merge the LB girls with the EE chicks- need to do that before poops so the ee girl won't miss her brother who will be available at poops.... so much for the 'pullet' bin!

other than that- its a normal day...

here is a pic of the guy comin to poops- how to make sure he won't end up in a pot? do i list him with the criteria he isn't to go to freezer camp??

I agree with everything you have said. If they are gonna sell junk do it early or late.
I think when the Blanchard auction fiirst started that was one of its selling points. "No junk!"
I think they should sell the junk with the canned goods. If they have guns then they need to be at the start and not shoved in between the Welsummers and the guineas.

Here is a PROMISE to all you BYC Chicken Fanatics/ Auction lovers and Friends!

At Fletcher, we will CONTINUE selling of Poultry and associated items at 5 PM. If anyone has any consignments to sell, it will be done after ALL the eggs, baby chicks, cages, waters, and CHICKENS are sold. Our order of sales are, BABY CHICKS, EGGS and then POULTRY and ASSOCIATED ITEMS in lots according to the order they came in.

And, there will ALWAYS be a table RESERVED for BYCers that come to the auction.

Food listing for POOPS 2010:

Hi everyone as you know P.O.O.P.S will be May 1st . There will be one meal this year. Most of the meat (thanks to our P.O.O.P.S fund from the fall) will be taken care of so we will be looking mainly for side dishes, deserts, casseroles, paper products, cutlery & drinks.

We will have limited outlets for crock pots if that is something you might be interested in, chicken & dumplings were a big hit along with that banana pudding. Keep in mind the number of people (aprox. 100) that will be attending when making your dish or dishes.

If you volunteer to bring drinks, paper products or cutlery please tell me the quantity you will bring, also the drinks will need to be on ice. I will also need 2 of the large drink coolers to make kool -aid & tea.

I will need volunteers to help with setting up the meal & cleaning up after.

Please PM me with Food in the subject line with what you plan to bring.

I will keep a running list to post from time to time.
