I hear ya Poco Pollo..the ag classes are hatching eggs for me. They are looking at the development and all that. Today is one week for them. Last week i had kids coming in asking what it would take for them to get a chickie....funny kids

Good afternoon everyone. The roofers actually showed up this morning. They said that they will probably have the entire house redecked and shingled before dark tonight.

They are really working hard over there. I have been looking into flooring for the house. I can't make up my mind. If I drive to OKC, I can buy it cheap, but if I get it locally, it is about twice the price. I'm not sure I want to drive to OKC this week.

I will probably pay the extra price and just get it here. I'm lazy like that. Well today has been a definate Monday. Everything at work went wrong. It started with me sleeping in about 30 minutes passed the time my alarm went off.

Oh well, at least it is really nice outside, too bad I'm stuck inside. My back decided to start hurting tody. It was bad enough that I left work to go to Wal-Mart and get a heat wrap for it. Now I'm just hot and hurting. No, actually, my back has loosened up quite a bit. At least I can sit and stand without any pain. Just don't ask me to do anything else. I am currently kicked back in the recliner and taking it easy.

Nice day here. In the 60s. The wind was a little cool but at least the rain was over. I got all the ornamental grasses cut back around the pool.Pulled a lot of weeds for the chickies to scratch thru. They sure love the spring treats. Got 19 eggs today so they are doing good. Sure wich they would go broody. I am leaving several eggs in the nest to encourage them.

Hey Teach I have another pair of Pouters hatched out. They are so goofy cool! Sure would like to find some more. If you hear of any brunners or pgymys be sure and holler.

Mrs.Queen you sure do seem to be a nice lady,be glad to meet you all at poops. You sure seem to take care of your auction supporters. That is really good business and there are a lot that don't but need to do that. My hats off to you for being good business people.

How the heck is everyone? How did yall make it through the winter, See Chuck is still alive!!!! We got our share of snow, ice and rain and then some, I didnt loose any chickens this winter, mine are laying pretty good right now, my Toppy Games are looking really nice, need to get some good pictures of them! Sooo are we still doin a POOPS In May

I don't think I have made an official post about this but I do plan to cook out on the Friday night before POOPS for those that are going to be there.
I am leaning more toward hot dog type things because they don't take near as long. I can do burgers too but they are more of a hassle.
Let me know what you guys that are coming think.
If there are some of you that are "hot dog" intolerant let me know.

That is great.
I think I can alter my trays a bit to where I can get 198 in there but I didn't try it this time.
Of course I may never have that many eggs at one time again.
