Last Blanchard auction, I thought I saw a notice on a chalk board as we came in that the auction on the 4th weekend would be canceled. Anybody know if that is accurate or not? Or did I just imagine seeing that?

I been having a great day. Walked in the bedroom to put some clothes in the extra closet and heard something. Looked in my hatcher and there was a new baby chick not even dry yet. Went back an hour later to look again and there six babies in there. I can see five more peeping. Of course this is all done with my face pasted to the glass door and using a flashlight to see with.
Aurora going to not want to go home tonight. She is such a farm girl. Loves feeding the bottle calves and herding the turkeys.

So, look like use bator did the job. Now crossing finger to see if I can get turkeys. They should come out this time next week.
Oh, and I have a new coon killer. My Blockhead German Rottweiler ( weighs about 150 pounds ) killed one last night. Does not eat them just kills them.
