Talk to y'all tomorrow. I need to unload feed from the magic poultry van so I can take it to the shop in the morning for tire rotation, front end alignment check

and oil change. I already unloaded 700 lbs of chicken and rabbit feed because it was riding a bit low with 1200 lbs of feed in it.

Wow! I'm getting ready to travel over 700 miles one way to swap chickens with a group of people led by KonK! Yeah I must be totally addicted or crazy one!Lol

Been a crasy day here. Spent all morning getting all the honey do's done(Dr.s appoints.,morgatage loan appts.,wifes hair cut,wifes manicure&pedicure(boring!), stocked up at the drug store,stopped and bought wife new purse for Mothers day,finally got home,cut grass, fed and watered,went and gassed up truck, cleaned pool and pool filter, showed grandson what chores to do while gone, caught and loaded birds,helped wife(more like pushed!lol) get luggage packed and loaded,vacummed the house,did the dishes,showered and now am finally setting down. Gotta go to bed soon. Leaving at 4 in the morning!

The History Channel is showing a documentary on chickens and eggs - some eggs sell for $8 dozen in California to members of a food coop - the chickens roost in houses built on mobile home frames and are pastured in one field for a few months and then moved to a new pasture. The pastures are then used to grow organic crops.

Someone was looking for some standard red cochins the other day. Threr are a couple of "giant red cochin hens" on the Tulsa crislist.

gor the last of the stuff done for the shindig.... found a 9 foot x 9 foot canopy at walmart in the camping section for $30, doing some of the art stuff, and had some supervisors
