Carl exercised more straint than I probably would have shown.

We bought some eggs from a guy that every egg was old when we tested them.

If I know the eggs come from THAT guy, I won't be buying any of them. He is at Blanchard

every sale too.

He is short, I would say around 5'3". I think he usually wears a straw cowboy hat( it is at least a cowboy hat, just dont remember if is straw or not). Usually a long sleeve button down shirt, jeans, and boots.

Poultry and Bees, you're correct. Yaks do not do well in warmer climates. I recently attended our anuual IYAK (International Yak Association) meeting, which was held at the NWSS in Denver. We elected a new Board of Directors, one of whom is located in Texas. I was shocked! After the meeting, I asked him how on Earth he is able to raise yaks in that heat. He said he has huge stock tanks buried into the ground so that the yaks can go in and out at will. The water is kept cool, and they also have misters. I don't know. Personally, I think it's cruel to raise an animal in an evironment that is so completely opposite of what they're supposed to be in. Yaks are from Tibet, and prefer cool weather. They can certainly adjust, and I know of a man in Kansas who has a large herd. There's also a large herd in New Mexico. I wouldn't sell any of mine to someone who lives in a warm climate, though. They would be miserable.
