HEY FOLKS: Even though we have had to downsize and will soon be doing the dirty deed of processing some birds in a few weeks.. we still want to get our hands on a livestock Guardian dog.. Anyone with connections to a reputable person with GP or something of a similiar trait for flock guarding.. The coyotes are making their selves known here and each night you can hear them closer and closer on our property... We have a young calf being babysat by our only goat in our small holding pen but dont wanna mess with a pack of coyotes getting our beef before we do.. if ya catch my drift and I am sure they arent picky and will take out the goat too if need be.

I see ads almost daily for LGDs on Craigslist in the Tulsa and Stillwater areas. Anywhere from pups to adults. Have no idea about reputable, but you might want to check it out for a few days. Most post pics.
