I've been bouncing back and forth between BYC and SS. I came across a topic I had never heard of that is intriguing the way out of me. Fermenting grains, the topic was about feeding your chickens, but I did a little "googling" and found out a lot of cool information about human food too. I can see a lot of research in my near future!!!!! Just what I needed another project!!!!!

Since we are the only one's here I will do my best to help you out Donnie. Last year you could just tell who we were by our shirts, we would walk around talk & huddle in groups & block the isles. They will plan lunch at a certain time & everyone will work to spread the word that it is time to go & some will share rides. You will have to check Monty's post but I think they planned lunch for 1pm. One thing to do is get a couple of phone numbers when you get there.

As for the sale area, you won't have trouble finding it. There will be a hugh building with cages for the show & the sale area will be out by the snack bar & bathrooms.

The sales area is in the middle of the two barns. It is an arena with bleachers on each side. Once you are in the buiulding you can find it easily.

Snow covered the ground here for a little while. jared was chunking snow balls at me.
Once the snow *giant flakes) let up it started melting away.

The sprouting is going great!!!!!!! Today was day 4 so the first day they got to eat the sprouts and they cleaned them up!!!!! Which they have not been eating the whole grain oats, they have been eating around them, but not the sprouted ones.

With the method I've been doing it is literally only taking a few moments a day to do. They say the sprouts actually have a spike in protien levels accessable to digest.

The vermiponics is also progressing nicely everything has multiple leaves and is growing well, I'm hoping for some harvestable lettuce in a few weeks.
